Professional description
Dr. Ralston is providing therapy sessions via Telehealth, video and audio. It's easy, secure, and you can have therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home. One only needs a computer, table or smartphone, and a strong internet connection. To schedule, simply call 808-358-2982.

Dr. Ralston provides treatment for adult women who, as children or as adults, have experienced domestic violence, physical or sexual assault (abuse, rape, molestation), sexual harassment, motor vehicle accidents, or other serious and threatening events. Experiencing these events sometimes leads to trauma-related problems such as increased fear, avoidance, irritability, guilt, shame, low self-esteem, and changes in how one views herself, others and the world. Dr. Ralston regularly treats all of these symptoms.

Dr. Ralston also treats adult women struggling with all forms of anxieties....panic, phobias, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and OCD. Decades of studies have shown Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure & Response Prevention, and Prolonged Exposure to be the treatments of choice for overcoming anxieties and trauma.

Dr. Ralston has specialized training in the treatment of PTSD and is one of the few psychologists in Hawaiʻi who are Board Certified in Cognitive Behavioral Psychology. To learn more about how he can help you, take a look around on www.ralstontherapy.com or simply call him directly at 808-358-2982.
