Tsunami Marketing has a philosophy to “put people first” and “let people live their lives.”
This philosophy is put to work by encouraging active employee participation in problem-solving and decision making.
A weekly company-wide meeting called a “Tsuddle,” keeps everyone informed and provides positive reinforcement for each employee.
Tsunami Marketing also organizes company-wide team-building “Adventures” twice a year. Each new employee participates in a two-day seminar with an executive coach and ongoing executive-level coaching is made available to any employee that requests it.
Employee set their own hours and 10% of work time is set aside to pursue self-directed learning and skill development. They always say “yes” to requests for time off for personal needs with no questions asked.
