In this symposium you will learn about various types of workplace violence, and different causative factors, gain an understanding of basic concepts of Threat Assessment and Management as applied to prevention of violence in the workplace, and in doing so will appreciate the roles in which psychologist can function in workplace threat assessment and management, and ethical issues which need consideration.
