    At the Sakura Center, we’re expanding our therapy services to meet increasing demand in the West Oahu community. Whether you prefer to work with children, teens, adults, or families we’ll support you in building a caseload that fits your strengths and interests.

    Highlights:
    You choose: in-person, telehealth, or hybrid
    Build your ideal caseload—10 to 40 hours per week
    Autonomy + consultation: the best of both worlds

    Role Responsibilities
    Provide therapy services using evidence-based practices
    Develop client-centered treatment plans and progress notes
    Maintain accurate documentation in our EHR system
    Collaborate with our multi-specialty team, including psychologists and trainees
    Optional: Participate in peer consults or mentor students
    Qualifications
    Master’s or Doctoral degree (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD)
    Current licensure or license-eligible in Hawaiʻi
    Ability to work independently while staying connected to a team
    Cultural humility and comfort working with diverse populations
    Experience with trauma, neurodivergence, or youth/family work is a plus (but not required)
