Whether you prefer to work with children, teens, adults, or families we’ll support you in building a caseload that fits your strengths and interests.

Build your ideal caseload—10 to 40 hours per week

Role Responsibilities
Provide therapy services using evidence-based practices
Develop client-centered treatment plans and progress notes
Maintain accurate documentation in our EHR system
Collaborate with our multi-specialty team, including psychologists and trainees
Optional: Participate in peer consults or mentor students
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctoral degree (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD)
Current licensure or license-eligible in Hawaiʻi
Ability to work independently while staying connected to a team
Cultural humility and comfort working with diverse populations
Experience with trauma, neurodivergence, or youth/family work is a plus (but not required)Practice Culture
The Sakura Center is a clinician-led private practice rooted in Hawaiʻi’s values of growth, compassion, and ʻohana.
