Aloha & E Komo Mai. I am a long-time Hawaii resident with many family ties to the islands. My education includes training in eastern, western, and Hawaiian philosophies and spiritual directions. As a Spanish/Native American, with family roots in Hawaii, I use an integrative therapeutic approach weaving together ancient, indigenous practices with modern, contemporary neuroscience for unique, personalized healing of heart-mind-soul. I hold certifications in Hypnosis, EMDR, EFT (energy tapping), Jungian Studies, Somatic Experiencing & Soul Collage ®.
