Employees at all levels are involved in decision making through a variety of formal and informal activities. The organization has regularly scheduled “All Islands, All Hands” staff in Hawaii and American Samoa meet face to face with one another and program management.
Additionally, they have coaching, mentoring, and leadership development programs for staff. Employees also have access to health screenings, fitness facilities, and a variety of counseling programs.
