Healthy workplaces are fostered from intentional cultivation of culture built on leadership and consistent demonstration of best practices. The Hawaii Psychological Association believes in recognizing psychologically healthy workplaces to
- promote increased awareness of organizational goals
- share best practices, and
- create opportunities for community learning.
AWARD CRITERIA
Awards are made in each of five categories:
- Small Business (< 250 employees)
- Medium Business (250 – 999 employees)
- Large Business (1000+ employees)
- Government/Military or Educational Institution
- Non-profit Organization
The award criteria cover the following categories:
- Employee Involvement
- Employee Growth and Development
- Employee Recognition
- Work-Life Balance/Family Support
- Health & Safety
- Community Service
