KKV encourages continuing education by providing up to $30K in tuition assistance through a federal program.
Each year KKV sponsors an annual offsite staff retreat to recognize employees for their commitment, team spirit, and achievements.
Employees are offered a flexible 4-day work schedule, generous paid time off to include self-care. In addition to health and dental coverage, KKV contributes 8.5% matching funds to retirement investment plans.
KKV also provides a “Play and Learn” program for employees’
children, and staff can access KKV elder care, financial management,
and legal programs and services.
