Hawaii Health Systems Corporation (HHSC) ranked as superior in all categories. As an organization of 112 hospitals and 300+ employees, HHSC presents as a hub-bub of organizational activity directed specifically at the health of the employees.

Their safety awareness program has resulted in a significant drop in workplace injuries and an increase in return to work status of injured employees. Employees are encouraged to have an active voice in the workplace with an emphasis on continuous communication and interaction between employees and supervisors.
