A unique and healthy focus is given to an exclusive Atlas Farmer's Market that arrives in the office suite and enables the employees to buy farm fresh produce and fruit.
Atlas has partnered with Otsuji Farms to setup organically grown vegetables in the lunchroom from 10:15 am to 11:45 am one Thursday each month.
Then cooking demonstrations are added to the mix from well known Island Chefs and also "Blending Fruits and Vegetables" events during the Farmers Market to teach creative ways of thinking and preparing healthy foods.
