Just found out my subleaser of many years is going on to her own office end of April. I have space at 1221 Kapiolani, Penthouse 38 for sublease all day Tuesdays and all Day Saturdays for $250.00 per day for a total of $500.00 per month with more time negotiable if needed. This is an excellent referral area and I have been in the building for several years. Could not recommend it more. If interested please let me know as I am sure it will go fast based on past history.
