Seeking Full & Half Time Practitioners
We are seeking full time and half time practitioners in
our existing 5 offices of established psychologist and
psychiatrists with highly busy practices. New members
can enjoy multiple referral sources to build a new
practice quickly or expand a current practice, as well as
collegial support and consultation. All offices have direct
ocean view. Building is in an ideal location across from
Ala Moana Mall and future Rail station with inexpensive
parking validation.
What's Included
The organization offers full-service practice
opportunities to clinicians and clients.Two full-time front
office staff for all billing and scheduling. Direct face to
face check in with clients and collection of copay in real
time. All insurances validated in real time, co-pays
collected at time of service, Insurance denials/rejections
followed up immediately, monthly A/R summary.
Effective active scheduling.
Additional Information
Providers & staff have online access and immediate
information for cancellations along with ability of staff to
quickly fill cancellations from waiting list. Patients have
multiple reminder systems for appts. We rarely have any
unfilled appointments. Program efficiently designed for
maximizing practice returns and minimizing maintenance.
Full time / full service - costs approximately $3,300-$3,400/month
Half time / full service - costs approximately $1,400-$1,500/month
Costs vary due to office size and some optional services
