  • Learn how to elicit and interpret the voice of the child in high conflict cases.

  • Understand how a traditional litigation approach to these cases often lead to lasting and irreconcilable damage to parent child relationships.

  • Recognize the dynamics and challenges of high conflict families with parent-child contact problems, including alienation and realistic estrangement.

  • Learn legal and therapeutic processes so that attorneys, court-appointed neutrals, CEs/mental health professionals, and Judges can work cooperatively to achieve lasting and sustainable child centered solutions to family conflicts. 

  • Gain specialized training and specific instructions for drafting legal stipulations, court orders, CE/GAL/FF appointment orders and parent agreements. Sample forms will be provided.
