Available days are Thursday, Friday and Saturday (and Sunday if you are so inclined).

Office includes waiting room, therapy room, and bathroom. No parking in the building available for clinician or patients, though there are three reasonably priced parking facilities w/n walking distance.  The office is best suited for adult patients.
