I have an office available in Kailua for full or part-time. The office is approximately 100 sq feet. It's on the fourth floor of Kailua Professional Center II and has a view of the Ko'olau Mountains. Rent would include utilities, wi-fi and use of a shared conference room which is great for group work. The space can come furnished or unfurnished you are taking it full time. The other offices are currently occupied by two psychologists and a LMHC. This is a great office and everyone is supportive.
