Available January 1st, 2019 - The office is a fully furnished 10’x13' space. Suite 208 is comprised of four offices, occupied by two psychologists and one psychiatrist. The 3660 Waialae Building is a clean, well-maintained Class A building in the Kaimuki area. It is located on the corner of Waialae and Wilhelmina Rise and is easily accessible by vehicle (freeway is very close) and bus. The University of Hawaii shuttle also operates within walking distance. Ample guest parking is available for a reasonable fee. Reserved and unreserved monthly parking stalls are also available. Building hours are 7am-6pm Monday through Friday and 7am-3pm on Saturdays. The suite has a nice waiting area, water for providers and clients, a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, and sink. WiFi recently upgraded to fiber. We are looking for someone who is a good match for our office environment and who is willing to agree to a one-year lease commitment.
Rent, including tax, comes out to $1150.29 with a 3% increase every July.
Unreserved parking is $75/month, reserved parking is $150/month which would be in addition to the office rent (parking is optional - there is also street and neighborhood parking). Both 1 hour and half-hour parking validation stickers can be purchased.
