Why?
The "waiting room" is actually a stone bench, just outside the front door on the ground-floor. The front door and the back door are on opposite walls. After each appointment, open both doors simultaneously and watch a wind tunnel form and suck out the indoor air, replacing it with fresh outdoor air. (Occasionally, you will see a dead leaf tumble in through the back door, scuttle across the floor and hurtle out the front door!)
Office contains couch, big easy chair, bookcase, desk, file cabinet and shoji screen. Includes a private bathroom and a side room containing a microwave oven and small refrigerator. Ethernet internet connection. Free reserved parking for you. Free curb parking for clients.
Rates:
$200/month for one day a week
$400/month for two days a week
$600/month for three days a week
$800/month for four days a week
Which particular days of the week? Negotiable. I'm semi-retired and am aiming to consolidate my appointments into two (maximum three) days a week.
Small extra fee if you will be printing >20 pages/month on the all-in-one printer/fax/copier (to cover cost of toner cartridge and paper).
